To propose and activate cultural initiatives (exhibitions, seminars, conferences, etc.) at the Mantua Regional Campus of the Politecnico di Milano, submit a request within 30 days of the date of the event to the e-mail address mantova@polimi.it (telephone 0376 317007, fax 317027), by sending the enclosed forms for the necessary authorisations.

To this end, please read the “Regulations for the concession and temporary use of space and for managing events of the Mantua Regional Campus of the Politecnico di Milano” and related attachments (att. 1 Rooms and spaces of the Mantua Regional Campus which may be used, att. 2 Price list).

The proposal must be approved by the Vice-Rector.

Any additional request or variant, not foreseen by the Regulations, must be authorised by the Vice-Rector.
