T.E. MA. TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT & MANAGEMENT

The TEMA Laboratory operates, through research, consulting and training, for the development and redevelopment of building and environmental systems. With particular attention to the demand for building production, with services and projects both within and outside the University. The activities, carried out on behalf of bodies, public institutions and private operators, are based on five areas of intervention:

  • Environment and regional competitiveness (Director Elena Mussinelli). Connect the territorial offer with the social demand for services and infrastructures
  • Innovation and technology transfer (Director FabrizioSchiaffonati). Disseminate technological innovation and strengthen the links between University, research, industry and public administration, transferring knowledge, methods and technologies through joint projects
  • Construction and building production sector (Director Roberto Bolici). Studying the effects of process and product innovation on architectural design, the dynamics of the construction industry and the new roles of industry players
  • Technologies for enhancement of the cultural heritage (Director Daniele Fanzini). Experiment new design approaches, stimulating innovation in public and private entities for use of the cultural heritage as a driver of sustainable development
  • Human capital (Directors Giorgio Casoni, Andrea Poltronieri). Systemic actions for qualification of public and private operators, with guidance and vocational training, continuous learning and cultural and scientific growth of human resources.
